Bottling day is around the corner and we are in the process of transferring wines from barrels into holding tanks that will be attached to our bottling line. But the barrels still have lots of sediment inside that we have to clean out before we can store them until harvest. All in the day of the life of a winemaker.

I spend my weekdays behind my desk, so look forward to breaking away to pour wine at the Pomum tasting room on the weekend. I enjoy the happy people and great conversations!

Mom of two grown kids and three grandkids, I now entertain myself by cooking and spoiling my two fur kids.

Favorite Pomum Wine: As I not so patiently wait for warmer days, I’m enjoying Albariño.

Favorite Wine Trivia Knowledge/What have you learned working at Pomum: WA is the second largest wine producing state in the US.
